Who's your BFF?

Today I share one lesson that I have learned to support me in this journey called life… Be my own best friend FOREVER…. Not sometimes, when it’s convenient, when it’s easy … ALL THE TIME! How many times have we been there for others, only to realize that we were not matching that effort with ourselves?!?! When there is a decision to be made or a behavior to conquer who knows you best… YOU!!!
